The Man Who Grew Too Much - S25-E13
Question: There is an epilogue revealing that Edna Krabappel has died, due to the passing of Marcia Wallace who voiced the character. Is there any in-story reason given for the character's death?
Answer: While no cause of death is mentioned, Mrs. Krabapple's passing is indicated in the series. Nine days after Marcia Wallace's death, in the title sequence of Season 25 - "Four Regrettings and a Funeral" - Bart wrote "We'll really miss you Mrs. K." once on the chalkboard. Later in season 25, At the end of "The Man Who Grew Too Much", Ned recalls a joyous time dancing with Edna. He then looks at the picture of her next to one of Maude, expressing sadness at missing her laugh. Question: Is there any explanation to how Agent Coulson is alive even after Loki killed him in The Avengers?
Chosen answer: Coulson believes he was resuscitated then sent to Tahiti to recuperate. "A magical place," he calls it. But in the "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." episode "The Magical Place", Coulson, through a mind-reading machine, learns that he was treated by S.H.I.E.L.D. and a fake memory of Tahiti was placed as a "mask" of sorts over the painful memory of the operation, which involved a drug seemingly of alien origin to repair the damage, coupled with a lot of morally dubious surgery.
Question: Who exactly are "the new founding fathers"? It never actually says. I read an internet post that said they were not singular people, but a collection of multi-national companies that took over the government after a near nation wide collapse of the US.
Answer: The only information the original script offers is the company that took over the government, their name is "Arcon". Other than that, there is no other specific name nor is there an answer to what kind of company Arcon really is.
Question: When Rocky goes bankrupt, I find it hard to believe that he couldn't have kept his lifestyle. With his popularity as champion, couldn't he be hired as an analyst for ESPN, Showtime or HBO? What about a book deal? He could have even done speaking engagements and appeared at shows for five figures. Or even do commercials?
Answer: Rocky is bankrupt due to his manager's mismanagement and is now nearly one million dollars in debt. Any money he could make from endorsements, commercials, etc. would only be garnished. He also suffers from depression and was diagnosed with having some brain damage from his last fight, possibly making him unsuitable as a spokesperson, public speaker, or sports analyst. Of course, it also serves the plot better if Rocky is in more dire circumstances.
It was a great storyline for the film, but in actuality, a person as large as Rocky was in the film series, a million dollars in debt surely would not have hurt him financially and caused him to go back to the ghetto of Philadelphia, as much wealth that he accumulated after his fights with Apollo after Part Two.
Question: I am confused as to why Voldemort went to James and Lily's house the night he murdered them. Hagrid says that he was gathering followers, but why was he particularly interested in making the Potters join him? Why confront them at their house and not just kill them later in a battle or something?
Question: Why is the only word that Kirby can say through the entire show is "Poyo"? And is there any relation to the Spanish word "pollo" of the same pronunciation that means chicken?
Chosen answer: No it has nothing to do with the Spanish word pollo. Kirby is saying that because he is young, just a baby.
Question: Why doesn't Rapunzel's hair grow after it's been cut? The brown chunk we see under her blonde hair is the same length it was when first cut.
Answer: It is never explained why her hair didn't grow. One can assume when it lost it's power it also lost its life, meaning it couldn't grow anymore. Another valid option is that Rapunzel simply kept it short because it didn't match the rest of her hair.
Question: Why are the Phantom's footsteps walking distance when he runs to the statue? Also, when did he learn to climb so swiftly?
Answer: Not everyone runs in big strides. The phantom has also had most of his life to master climbing, sneaking, hiding, etc. To see and take what he wants from the theatre without being seen, in his youth he had little to do except explore and learn everything about the place and the fastest ways to get where he wants to go.
Question: The first time Christine goes to the Phantom's lair, why does she pass out when she sees herself with a wedding dress? At least it looks like one.
Chosen answer: I believe it was the shock of seeing her exact likeness in a wedding dress, and the first overwhelming realization of the Phantom's obsession with her. That, in combination with the dank, dark and humid environment, a lifetime of heavily corseted dresses, and a wan and frail constitution, all conspired to Christine's loss of consciousness.
Question: Towards the end of the third film, when Harry and Hermione are successful in saving Sirius Black, why does Dumbledore act like he doesn't know anything when they see him outside the hospital room door?
Answer: He does not want it known that he was the one who planned for Harry and Hermione to rescue Sirius, who is still a wanted felon at this point. It would cause Dumbledore serious legal problems (he would be arrested and sent to Azkaban) if was he suspected of aiding Sirius' escape. That is why he acts like he does not know what happened.
Question: Why did Snape have Filch treat his wounds from the three-headed dog? Why not go to Madam Pomfrey in the hospital wing, considering that Snape wasn't really doing anything wrong after all?
Answer: I think Snape wanted to keep what happened quiet while he investigated Professor Quirrell, and Madam Pomfrey was more likely to inform Professor Dumbledore. Filch, who would consider Snape something of a kindred spirit, would not feel a need to report it to anyone, particularly if Snape asked him to say nothing about it.

The Secret Box / Band Geeks - S2-E14
Question: In the episode "Band Geeks", the band sings a song at the end of the episode. What is this song is called?
Answer: "Sweet Victory"
Question: My media studies teacher has a theory that there are no ghosts in this film and everything that Jack sees is in his imagination. He also thinks that when Wendy sees the man in the costume, it is meant to be a realisation to her that Danny may be a victim of sexual assault, from his father, Jack. He also believes that the costume is a bear and that Jack is associated with a bear throughout the film. He says that Danny may have opened the pantry door to let Jack out because he had formulated a plan to kill Jack by getting him lost in the maze. Also, the woman in 237, he thinks that there is no woman and that Jack himself hurt Danny's neck. Leading to Wendy's realisation of Jack's abusiveness. I'm not really sure if I agree with him or not. There are a lot of holes in his theory, but you never know. Just wondering if anyone would like to share their opinion and shed some light on the situation. Do you think his theory is possible?
Answer: The sexual assault thing is completely wrong. As far as the rest, it is highly debated. However, ghosts, I think, is the accepted answer. Some of the things that Wendy and Danny see can't be explained by Jack's psychosis. Also, the costume is suppose to be a dog. There is a whole back story to that character.
Question: The girls try to persuade the police that Liz had sex with a strange man who then killed her. Why then didn't the police do a DNA test and forensics, which would prove that there was no semen in Liz's body, and so show the girls were lying?
Chosen answer: I believe the idea was to take the DNA from Marilyn Manson out of Courtney and put it into Liz's corpse.
Question: Which episode has Maggie in a crib, rattling a cup against the bars like a prisoner?
Answer: The episode was "Homer Alone".
Question: When Jesus dies, we see a birds-eye shot of Satan screaming. Is Satan meant to be in Hell in that shot? Wherever he was, it didn't look Earth-like.
Chosen answer: In the movie, this scene is portrayed as hell. "And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever." (Revelation 20:10 NIV) "The lake of burning sulfur" is hell, and he will be thrown into hell by God himself for all of eternity.
If you look carefully it is the same area where Jesus is crucified. After Jesus dies and offers up his spirit the camera shows a birds eye view of the area through a rain drop that eventually falls to the earth. It appears that the same birds eye view is being shot with Satan screaming. I believe it's a portrayal of the spirit realm which is in the same vicinity of the physical realm, hence that's why the crosses and people are not in the shot.
The "lake of burning sulfur" is not hell. It's the Lake of Fire. Revelation says that death and hell will also be cast into the lake which burns with fire and brimstone. Hell, in the Bible, is a temporary place of torment for the unrighteous dead where they're held until the Great White Throne Judgement then cast into the Lake of Fire.
