Question: When Dr Connor (Lizard Man) is planning to turn everyone in the city into lizards, what are people going to do when they're lizards? Are they still going to continue their lifestyle, still eat human food, and do other hobbies and activities that humans do?

Trainman

Answer: Connors believes that humans are too weak and flawed, and that if he transforms them all, he'll create a better, smarter and more powerful species. Presumably, given his motivations are to "improve" humanity, he also believes that society itself will also evolve into something "better" (even possibly utopian) once everyone has transformed. As for all the minutiae like what people will eat, hobbies, etc.? I don't think Connors has really thought about that. His obsession is very surface level, and basically starts and ends at "If I turn people into powerful hybrid beings, everything will be better!" Realistically? There'd probably just be a lot of panic and chaos, a lot of people might hurt or kill themselves when they realise they've changed into another species, and society would probably collapse for a while before slowly rebuilding itself over the course of years.

Question: What did Beni say when he was swearing in Hungarian?

Answer: Goblin Dick.

Answer: Masking tape on windows and glass doors during a tornado or hurricane is supposed to secure the glass if it shatters, containing any flying chunks. However, safety experts say it actually provides little protection and recommend against it.

The Mel Word - S1-E18

Question: When Joey and Melissa tried to catch Bianca cheating on camera, why did she suddenly refuse their advances after she already "made a pass" at each of them? She says that this is her wedding day, but then she has sex with her two stylists. So cheating on the day of her wedding is not an issue for her.

Answer: Apparently, she already planned the encounter with the stylists, so she doesn't have time to be with Joey and/or Melissa now.

Answer: Rosery Road.

Question: Why did Linda think Dave had anger issues? During the incident on the plane, he remained calm and never raised his voice.

Answer: It's been a few years since I've seen this film, but if I recall correctly, the entire movie is revealed to have been a setup to make Dave learn about how he has to stand up for himself, since he's too nervous ands bottles up his emotions. She doesn't necessarily think he has "anger issues." She's just in on the whole scheme to teach David his lesson since she loves him and wants to help him.

Question: How did Jason leave the hospital without anybody seeing him?

Answer: There was no-one to see him. Remember? After he murdered Axel and the nurse, they were the only two employees left in the building.

Question: If Marie was dead when Bourne took her body out of the car in the river, why did her body sink to the bottom instead of floating after being let go? And how did Jason make sure she was dead?

Answer: The density of the human body is similar to the density of water, and what keeps us floating is the air in our lungs. Once this air is replaced with water, people will sink to the bottom. Jason probably recognized that she drowned from his training. To add to the other answer from a scientific standpoint. Bodies do resurface once putrefaction begins. Microbes will start to eat bits from inside the body that results in a lot of gas. As a result, this causes the density of the body to decrease, as the gas is light, and the body will float up to the surface of the water.

Invader_Gir

Answer: We only see her sink to the bottom. We never see her surface. Also he checked her pulse before letting go. Just in a way we couldn't see. Her body would have surfaced eventually but by then we were more focused on Bourne and his escape.

Answer: Bribery, false documents, smuggling. Take your pick.

For All Time. Always. - S1-E6

Question: He Who Remains talks about reincarnation, and says "see you soon" to Sylvie. Does he literally mean this version of himself will return? If so how, given he's, y'know, dead? Or does he just mean that another version of him will encounter Sylvie in due course, either his younger self or another variant?

Answer: No he doesn't mean this version of himself, he means the other versions. They are all basically him.

lionhead

Question: Griffin can almost exactly predict when and what happens next, but when it comes to Boris the animal he can't. Every time Boris got close to Griffin, every possible scenario seems to change. Griffin also says, "Oh no! I didn't think this through or see this happening." Is it some sort of firewall that Boris has on Griffin?

Answer: He doesn't see one future, he sees multiple. So there are multiple possibilities of what is going to happen and he knows all of them and can only predict once something has been confirmed first. This is demonstrated when he and J first meet.

Question: While at the park, why did Dudley still bully Harry? Knowing that Harry is quite capable of doing magic, wouldn't it have been better for Dudley to just leave him alone instead of trying to act macho in front of his friends?

Answer: Dudley was too much an immature bully to stop harassing Harry. His entire personality was selfish, boorish, and cruel. He knew exactly what he could and couldn't get away with regarding Harry. He also knew Harry was not allowed to perform magic outside of Hogwarts while underage and would get into severe trouble for harming a Muggle. The entire Dursley family increasingly feared Harry as he matured. Dudley started to change for the better after Harry saved him from the Dementors.

Adding on to this answer: In the "Chamber of Secrets" book, some of this is explained. Chapter 2 is when the Dursleys learn that Harry is *not* supposed to be using magic outside of school. Until then, he briefly enjoys their nervousness around him.

Question: If there are roadblocks to leave the town, and it took a great distraction for the sheriff to cross, how did the 3 hunters cross the border to the gas station? And where did the 3rd one go? The sheriff set one on fire and his wife shot another one.

Answer: The 3 hunters were last seen the night before David and Judy got to the gas station. That was the same night that David and all those people were hauled to the gas station. They probably drove there following the cars and no road blocks were set up yet. You can also hear the military say when they are in the barn at the McGregors' farm that the military is pulling back to the perimeter. They likely set the road blocks up after that. As for the 3rd hunter he may have been the dissected corpse on the top of their pickup truck. I'm not entirely sure on that one.

Actually, all three hunters were there. He walked into the cooler of the restaurant. Check it out.

Question: Why does the gargoyle have to kill Preston after he broke his vow? She loves him and even if he did go around telling people about her, nobody would obviously believe him.

Answer: While it's not explicitly said in the film, it seems Preston breaking his vow turned her back into a gargoyle. She didn't have a choice and since he swore on his life never to say anything, she had to kill him. Plus, the stories in the book don't have happy endings.

Question: I read that Evan Rachel Wood's character, Tracy, is supposed to be Nikki Reed at the age when she was having the experiences that Tracy went through. Was the character Evie based on a girl that Nikki knew in real life?

Answer: Evie was based off several people in Nikki Reed's life.

Answer: When Floyd and Barney have run out of gas, Barney chides Floyd by saying, "Why didn't you put gas in this car? If you're gonna drive through the country, you're supposed to make sure the tank is filled." This suggests it's Floyd's car. Since Barney insisted he knew a shortcut, Floyd let him drive the car.

Super Grover

Question: Why didn't they need more than one pill? We take pills daily. These people took one dose the first day and then never again. They were there for about 50 years with one dosage but somehow they still worked?

Answer: The people were only there for about a day. The beach they were taken to rapidly aged them at the rate of one year every thirty minutes. The pharmaceutical company used them as test subjects by continually spiking their drinks with experimental medications for various health conditions to simulate a 50-year long drug trial within a 24-hour period.

Question: Why does Billy not tell anyone about his teacher's attack?

Answer: Gremlins have hatched and are about to start attacking the town and he's trying to stop them. Reporting a corpse is relatively low-priority in comparison to that.

TedStixon

The gremlins didn't start attacking the town until late at night but Mr. Hanson's murder occurred during the daytime. There would still be plenty of time to call the police and inform them of Hanson's death.

Again, it's low-priority, and there is definitely not "plenty of time." Billy realises that the cocoons have hatched and has to rush home to save his mom, and then Stripe immediately escapes, so he has to follow Stripe and try to stop him... and then Stripe multiplies and Billy realises the town is about to be overrun. Reporting a corpse can wait. Would you stop and take the large amount of time needed to report a dead body when your mother is in mortal danger or the town is about to be overrun?

Question: What made the aliens think erasing the parents' memories when their children were abducted would help with their test? Especially since there would be birth records, medical records, school records, etc.

Answer: The experiment's purpose was to test if the parental bond still existed after memories of their children were erased. The NSA agents were aiding the aliens on the pretense that it was "protecting" humankind. They are a powerful government agency and could delete various official records. Also, if the parents' memories were successfully erased and they never knew they had children, they would be unlikely to search for or come across their records. Those experiencing memories were treated as if they were mentally ill.

Question: If the government killed everyone regardless if they were infected or not, why didn't they save themselves all the trouble and just nuke the town from the get-go?

Answer: Probably because using a nuclear weapon on a single small town within the US would a) call a ridiculous amount of attention to what happened and invite the kind of speculation/investigation the government wants to avoid; b) destroy or contaminate a huge area beyond the "problem" zone, killing tens of thousands, if not millions, of innocent people; and c) be considered, at best, a horrendous accident and at worst a terrorist attack, and either way would lead to who knows what consequences. For these and probably hundreds of other reasons, in this and literally every other scenario in movies and in reality, nuclear weapons are never considered the "from the get-go" option.
