Continuity mistake: When Frank's revenge at Wall Street's home is near an end, as Lai rolls the office chair toward the door her legs are bound to the chair base, and her hands are tied behind her back (not to the chair). When Frank finds Lai in the car, now the rope is only tied around her ankles when he removes her (and if that were the case she had no reason to hide in the car with the chair in the first place). Continuity mistake: When Inspector Tarconi is in Frank's kitchen eating Lai's Madeleine cookies, he's holding the cookie with his left hand in the close-up, but next shot it's in his right hand as he takes another bite. (00:40:40)

Continuity mistake: When Frank begins his revenge rampage on Wall Street's men, there's a close-up of Lai bound to the office chair with duct tape across her mouth and the slit Frank made earlier is gone, so at first it's to be presumed that it's a new piece of tape. However, when Lai pokes her head out from the back seat of the car Frank stole, there is a slit in the tape, but when he pulls her and the chair out onto the road the slit's gone, only to return again when Frank brings her to his house. Continuity mistake: When Frank takes Lai out of the trunk, she sits with her hands tied as she shakes the bag off her shoulder, and her pink top's spaghetti strap drops down below her white sleeve. Next shot the pink strap is on properly. (00:21:05)

Continuity mistake: The style of the seat and headrests in Frank's car repeatedly changes, from the time he awaits the first transport in the garage, through all the following shots. In the opening shot of the car's interior, the bottom of the headrests are sandwiched between the raised sides of the backrests. Continuity mistake: When Frank reverses down the auto transport trailer's ramp, the BMW's front right (viewer's left) foglight (located on bumper) breaks off. In following shots the foglight is intact. (00:08:45)

Continuity mistake: When surrounded by police and a garbage truck, Frank drives his car from the overpass onto the passing transport trailer below, then lands behind a hatchback and in front of two cars - a white compact with a sunroof and a grey hatchback. In one specific shot from atop the trailer, as Frank rolls his window down (before he requests the gun) the only vehicle behind Frank's car is the white compact, which is at the trailer's rear. Note things such as the trailer's safety bars, and the view through the compact's windshield for starters. That grey hatchback is back when the ramp is lowered, for the ensuing crashes. (00:08:20)

Continuity mistake: When oil covered Frank breaks off the bike pedals, the pedal straps are thin and non-adjustable. As he slips his boots into them in the close-up, it has a wider adjustable clasp strap.

Continuity mistake: When Lai is taken out of the trunk she is wearing mid-heel, pointy toe pumps. During her escape attempt and when Frank lifts her over his shoulders she is wearing black soled, round toe flats, then changes back and forth a couple more times. (00:21:25 - 00:23:00)

Continuity mistake: While transporting the three AIC robbers, when Frank drives backwards down the auto transport trailer, the driver side mirror breaks as it passes the trailer's side safety bar, but that mirror is intact again by the next shot. (00:08:35)

Continuity mistake: When Frank jumps from the trailer with the container load he lands on the roof of a bus, passing under the overpass, whose number is 15 and has a large ad on its side, under the windows. When viewed from the front, the bus number is 21 and the ad has changed, though he hasn't changed busses. (01:10:15)

Continuity mistake: After Lai is slapped by her father, when they all leave Frank leaps onto the side of the trailer with the container load. Continuity mistake: After Sam dives between the Troll's legs and tries to crawl away, in the first shot the Troll lifts his leg and in the second shot he's about to step on Sam, who is in the middle of the floor. Yet in the very next shot Sam is already at the wall raising his left arm and wincing at the giant foot coming down on him. (00:29:50)

Continuity mistake: At 12 Grimmauld Place, when Harry and Sirius are in the room with the Black family tree, as Sirius says, "My parents with their pure-blood mania," the area of the wall with both Sirius's and Andromeda's names and burned off pictures is quite visible (as in other shots as well). Bellatrix's name is beside Andromeda's (her sister), but there is no picture over Bellatrix's name banner in this shot (only branches and leaves), nor in any other shot, except in the previous close-up, as Sirius says, "My deranged cousin," where there is a picture of Bellatrix over her name. Continuity mistake: When Simmons leads the way into the room with the old Army radio console, he pushes open the massive doors with Keller and the rest behind him (we see the very distinctive wall opposite those doors). When Frenzy pays them a visit at those doors, just as Simmons shouts, "Burn, you little sucker!" in the overhead shot, that side of the doors (in the hallway) is once again visible, only they look completely different now. Continuity mistake: When Bumblebee's legs are destroyed, as Sam leans over in front of him and asks if he's alright, Sam wears blue patterned boxers, but when Lennox runs up to Sam, who is standing on the tow truck helping Mikaela hoist Bumblebee, Sam's boxers are grey (as seen between his white tee and jeans). Then, when Sam is on the roof running, after the chopper is hit, his boxers are blue patterned. (01:53:45 - 01:57:10)

Continuity mistake: At Hoover Dam, when Sam tells Banacheck the terms of his cooperation (which include expunging Mikaela's juvenile record), Mikaela's high-gloss lip gloss disappears in her close-up, then reappears. (01:36:00)

Continuity mistake: When the SUVs arrive at the Hoover Dam, the lead car pulls up to the curb and the doors open directly in front of the first elevator tower (there are four, which are seen in overhead shots), on its right, with the two Nevada intake towers well ahead of the SUV, on its left. Next close-up, however, as Sam exits the SUV the vehicle is now parked farther up the road, directly in front of the Nevada intake towers to its left and closer to the second elevator tower. Note the yellow pedestrian walkway markings (leading to the Nevada intake towers) the SUV is parked on in the second shot. (01:34:25)
