In the close-up that follows Mel Gibson's yuckety laughter, there's just one pile behind Marvin, and he suddenly has also a red rag on his shoulder (the same rag Gibson picks up later since it falls off the pants of the fake legs when 'Billy Ray' picks them back up). Continuity mistake: The Chechen brothers approach Nikolai in the sauna. Viggo Mortensen has a towel draped across his back, with an irregular profile, covering the right shoulder more than the left. After a brief cut on the hitman preparing his knife, there's a close-up of Viggo, with the towel neatly arranged and properly balanced. (01:17:45)

Continuity mistake: Throughout the scene when Angie tells Vic about the Feds taking over the case, Vic's paperwork (the mugshot, the photo) change spot a few times. When Angie stands from the desk, Tedjo's mugshot is on Vic's cake's platter, even, but it's nice and clean back on the folder right after. (00:10:00)

Continuity mistake: When Poirot at dinner asks the first question (the bathroom one), he does not have his large napkin in his vest. When he asks the second one (the bedroom one), the napkin he had for all the rest of the scene is back. (00:40:15)

Continuity mistake: Throughout dinner, Bev's steak and lettuce keep changing place randomly. Moreso, when she takes a break she puts the napkin on top of the food, but when she is back, the napkin is at the side of the plate. Between shots the cloth also ends up crumpled differently. Revealing mistake: When the "I'm in pursuit" guy splashes his bike into the cement, not only in the side view is there no fresh trace of Rick's bike (and the construction worker is even using his squeegee as if nothing happened), but in the POV shot you can even see that the bike is coming out of the alley into a solid well paved sidewalk. You can actually even see a camera crew (but this last part of the mistake is discernible just if you slow motion). (00:55:05)

Continuity mistake: Dr. Luther Brooks is in the changing room with Dr. Dan Wharton. During their conversation, one of the lockers behind Brooks' is open, its door quite close to him. In the close-ups though, all the lockers are closed. The shadows are also different. (00:04:00 - 00:04:40)

Factual error: When the former Mrs. Daniels hops on her car followed by Hastings, between them you can see a speed bump, not a feature on roads in Britain (or anywhere) at the time. (00:36:55)

Continuity mistake: After spearing Tedjo through the wall, Bautista throws a piece of equipment at him sending him flying back on his butt. Tedjo slides right past some artwork on the floor, but he is shown stunned at its side and partially on top of it in the following shot. (00:03:15)

At the very beginning of the sentence you can spot walking left to right a guy in leather jacket, curly hair, with a blue umbrella. Thirty seconds of dialogue pass, the card checkout at the pump is complete, and in the wider shot the same guy is passing again just where we left him. (00:10:50)
