Continuity mistake: The locations of Helena's headbands/ties vary. She has a small, tightly-bound red hair band on the right side at eye level and a yellow one about mid-neck (plus several others). The red band (which looks orange at times) is a couple of inches lower when she sits to talk to Nikolaj. After she shakes hands with Nikolaj, the red tie is above her ear (and others do not appear to be present). (00:07:56 - 00:11:38)
Revealing mistake: More than once, when speaking to their robot doubles, it's obvious that both Charles and Elaine are actually just talking to nobody, given their mannerisms.
Continuity mistake: Andy is walking alongside a highway and is roughly between the "End Road Work" and "Speed Limit 55" signs. There is a tall, thin sign pole on the right-front side of the screen. Andy is almost at the pole when there is a cut to Bishop breaking into and searching a house. The camera returns to Andy, who is still walking at the same pace and just reaches the pole, but he should be much further ahead. (00:30:24 - 00:32:10)
Continuity mistake: When Famous collapses onto the floor, there is cocaine near his hair/forehead, but the baggie (and cocaine in it) is spread differently and further from his head when Plain Wayne turns his head. (00:08:10)
Continuity mistake: When the first police officer looks at the body, Maggie's long hair is down her back, but is not when an officer takes a photo. (00:01:38 - 00:02:33)
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie, Kamala asks Carol on the porch, "Hey, do you still fly that thing?" She is holding her right hand with her left. The camera angle switches, and her left hand is low, out of frame and comes back up only seconds later after Carol's answer.
Factual error: It's not physically possible to remotely cause an elevator to fall to the bottom of the shaft. Even if the Heart somehow gained full control over the motor, there are emergency brakes on the elevator itself that engage if the elevator begins to reach an unsafe speed.
Continuity mistake: The covered object (storage container or pet carrier?) is at an angle to and extends past Bob's desk, but is against the side of the desk when "Binky" the rabbit jumps onto it, as well as when Binky jumps from it onto the floor. (00:12:53 - 00:13:47)
Continuity mistake: Tree foliage is inconsistent, changing several times within the first minute (Fall-Winter-Summer-Fall-Summer). Tree foliage even varies with which side of the road is being shown, such as Winter leafless trees between houses on Liam's side but Summer green leaves on Breanna's passenger side of the car (followed by Winter leafless trees when they get to the bank's parking lot). The inconsistencies persist to the end, with Fall-Winter foliage in the aerial view but Summer at street level. (00:00:20 - 00:09:27)

Continuity mistake: In the ice cream and hot cocoa parlor, the jar of candy canes/sticks is closer to the gingerbread house than the cash register. In the rearview, the three objects are close together, with little space between them. Other mistake: When Adam Sandler calls his daughter on a video chat in the car with her friend, the picture of his daughter is not the same as when she is in the car. When they jump between her and him on the call, her hair and background are completely different than they are in the car. (00:23:17)
Continuity mistake: Leah pours some wine, then sets the bottle near the centre of the counter (next to the bowl). The bottle is closer to the edge, back near the centre, then towards the edge of the counter again. Leah does move her cell phone with her right hand a couple of times and holds her glass in her left, but it doesn't appear she drinks any wine and there's no sound to indicate she refills her glass or moves the wine bottle. Factual error: The way Michael poured wine out of the newly opened bottle (standard 750 ml/25 oz?), the estimated amount he poured into six glasses plus drank some from the bottle, and the angles at which the six friends tilted their glasses for the toast, were not realistic. Also, the wine bottle appeared to have more than one-half (possibly two-thirds) of its contents left when Michael poured it into the fireplace. A newly opened bottle of wine would not be held at a downward angle to start pouring. (00:26:18 - 00:27:34)
Continuity mistake: When the girls are vandalising Jeff's house, when they're almost done, Josie and Isabel are in the van, almost kissing but then the bomb goes off. A second after the bomb, the van is empty and both girls are on the street.
