Continuity mistake: When Miguel is with the pedophile, he is given bread (or something similar) to eat. Shot changes, and the bread is suddenly bitten. The bread's length keeps changing several times between shots.
Revealing mistake: The "horse" in the stall on the left has to be fake. With the exception of a barely visible half-blink, it does not move the slightest when the girl (while handling the reins) walks around its head, and a couple of girls are touching (pretending to be removing) the saddle. Continuity mistake: After Marcus moves his coffee cup and glass of water, the water is about its width away from the coffee cup, but is closer when the camera shifts to the opposite side of the table. When Sonny gets up to leave, the coffee cup and glass of water suddenly exchange places. (01:02:15 - 01:03:20)
Continuity mistake: The desk lamp (which has an odd 2-3" "halo" around its perimeter) faces the screen (angled away from Sid). Suddenly, the lamp aims at Sid spinning in his chair. The lamp goes back to its original angle but varies a couple more times. (00:41:20)
Continuity mistake: At the bar, the amount of beer in Maria's "Corona Extra" bottle varies from at the neckline, to below, to above. After she takes a swig, it is still at the neckline; then it is about 1/2" above the neckline. (00:25:50 - 00:26:44)
Visible crew/equipment: Emma Stone is let out of the carriage and runs to the left of screen across the leaves. The camera follows her. On the bottom of the frame, right side, the shadow of the camera is visible. This is the scene before the assistant shows her the frog.
Continuity mistake: The scenery view shots near the beginning of the movie apparently are not meant to represent the passage of time (such as "one year later"), so the various changes in foliage - from green leaves (Summer) to leafless trees (Winter) to orange leaves (Autumn) to green leaves (Summer) and back to Fall foliage - do not make sense. Continuity mistake: Victor slams the door to the electrical panel box on his left and its right side tilts, but - in an instant - it is upright and the electrical box to his right is tilted instead. Victor doesn't close the door to the box on his left, but it is suddenly closed. (00:38:40)
Continuity mistake: The trees show through the front windows of the house largely have green leaves with subtle signs of starting to transition for autumn. Panning to the back windows, the trees have a distinct, more uniform orange tint (which cannot be attributed to the sun setting behind them). Returning to the front windows, the tree foliage is more fall-like, similar to the orange foliage in the backyard. (00:00:24)
Continuity mistake: The "action star dummy 'lil Kevin Hart" is in a different position on the chair each time it is shown. The dummy is slouched in various positions or upright, and the "FBI" lapel letters are partially or fully visible. Continuity mistake: In the hospital, Sebastian's head is centered on the pillow. When the camera shifts, the top of the pillow to the right of his face is angled too low towards the upper-right of the screen. (00:02:26 - 00:02:51)
Continuity mistake: When Coriolanus and Sejanus are eating lunch at the Academy, Coriolanus' sandwiches switch positions several times, stacking and unstacking, and turning several times.
Continuity mistake: Wingate pours two whisky glasses almost half-full. He pushes one glass across the table to Stubb, and the glass has less than half as much whisky in it. Wingate's glass - now closer to him - appears to have a little more than he poured into the glass. (00:22:15)
Continuity mistake: Bella sits on the couch, and the two metal purse strap buckles are atop the front and back sides of her left shoulder. In alternating views, the buckles are a couple of inches lower along the front of the strap. (00:05:07 - 00:05:33)
Continuity mistake: Viewing from the foot of the bed, Julia's quilt/bedspread is pulled to the edge and forms a butterfly-like shape, but the side view shows three mound-like rolls. Returning to the foot of the bed, the butterfly shape of the bedspread reappears. (00:13:12)
