Audio problem: When Mr. Owen does a shot of billiards as he starts to explain the evil plan, there are just two balls left in total (the cue ball and an object ball). The shot happens off-camera, but the sound dubbed in implies that one of the balls clashed with a third one. (01:31:30)

Ten Little Indians (1974)
Audio problem: Since his piano rendition of the Ten Little Indians was appreciated by just 1/9 of the audience, Raven (Charles Aznavour) decides to perform one of Charles Aznavour's hits. It gets a much better reception from the audience, but it's no surprise, since everyone must be in awe of the fact that playing the song on the piano he managed to get also the accompanying sound of drums. Audio problem: Blore, just wearing his pants and tanktop, razor in hand, opens the door between his room and Lombard's. Louis Hayward and Roland Young have an exchange ("Whatchya doing here?" "You called me, didn't you?") with barely half of the words mouthed, the audio does not match. (00:58:20)

Audio problem: When Vera plays the piano, the Italian dub uses a different version of the song, with a much higher tempo and that does not sync well with the scene - plus, she'd have to be a world class pianist to execute it that way. (00:40:00)

Operation: Silent Night - S4-E10
Audio problem: On the beach, TC is comforting Higgins who is depressed for the unceremonious ending of his sailing adventure. He tells him "It could have worked." There's a cut to Higgins and silence between the two, but you can spot at the edge of the frame that Roger E. Mosley's mouth is moving with no sound. (00:38:20)

A clattering noise is heard as if the gun fell on a solid pavement, but the way the action is shown, it went down in a spot where a few seconds later during the suicide attempt there's nothing but a freefall.
