Solo: A Star Wars Story

Corrected entry: At the end when the fuel is being refined Beckett is talking to Solo in the middle of what looks like pointed rocks coming out of the ground. On top of the rocks are metal loops - their only purpose must be for a crane to lift them into position for filming.

Correction: They're not random rocks - they've clearly been placed there, they're shaped regularly, they have smaller ones surrounding them, and they've got symbols carved onto them. At a guess it's a graveyard - as it's a specifically-arranged area it makes sense that they'd have loops on top as they'd have to be maneuvered into place somehow.

Corrected entry: Solo wins the Falcon at the end and consequently all the money and the coaxial on the table. Then goes off to work for a gangster (supposedly Jabba) - with all that money, he really would not have to work for anyone for a long long time. (02:05:35)

Correction: It's not just money he is wanting. He wants to make a name for himself, to have adventures and get into danger. Solo is a very cowboy like character. He wants the thrills and also is greedy and would want more money. On top of that, you can't be exactly sure the amount of money he has of what it could get him and where. He may want things in other places that that amount wouldn't get him yet or may mean nothing.

Other mistake: Towards the end, Chewbacca and Beckett have walked some distance from the landed yacht. They come up a small slope and are faced with Han, waiting for them. But an aerial shot shows that slope is very short and just runs down to a cliff. There's no way they could have got to the base of the slope to walk up it in the first place.

Answer: I was wondering about this, too. C-3PO did not appear in Solo, and I cannot find any Internet reference pertaining to R2-D2 being in it. Curiously, Anthony Daniels, the actor who has played C-3PO in all the other Star Wars movies, makes a cameo appearance in Solo as another character (Chewbacca's friend).
