Continuity mistake: After fifteen years, Bethany and Clara meet in unlikely circumstances, They are having a drink together on the porch; throughout the whole scene Clara's glass appears and disappears randomly, sometimes literally full to the brim. (00:02:15)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, the girl gets assaulted from the back: you see at first exactly from the shot from behind that the backpack she is carrying escapes her arms, but in the subsequent shot she is still holding it. (00:02:10)
Visible crew/equipment: As the camera moves forward in the opening shot, a clear reflection of a film light can be seen on the side of the fire engine.
Continuity mistake: The protagonist woke up in the lobby, where he went to wait for the return of his daughter and wife. He goes to the receptionist, talks to her, mentions the doctor. She says she'll have the nurse station pass a message. Sam Worthington in the reaction shot has taken both hands off the counter. Cut, and he is waiting and staring at the nurse, but with the right hand on the counter. (00:34:25)
Continuity mistake: The front view of Sheriff Garrett [Ethan Hawke] while he is talking to Billy shows a stone-walled well between him and the cabin door, but there's no well visible in the rear view. When Billy walks out with his hands up, there appears to be a well to his right (where the horse rail should be visible), but there is no well when Sara and Rio exit the cabin. (00:14:04 - 00:15:10)
Continuity mistake: In Central Park before meeting the toaster client, Peter Sarsgaard in the close-up has 2 tuning forks in his right hand and one in the left, but in the wider shot he has two in his left and one in his right as he picks up the mallet. (00:07:10)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, the waitress notices that Emilio for the first time in years has not completed his Sudoku yet. The sequence begins with her stopping by him and waving her hand, upturned, but the hand is then on his shoulder. She repeats the gesture at the cut. (00:01:50)
Continuity mistake: After Sara's mother sits at the table, the left side of Sara's hair suddenly has two clumps of strands running down her cheek and flipped in front of her chin. Sara's hair changes a few times with different camera angles. (00:44:52)
Continuity mistake: Scooby and Shaggy are lying face down on the massage table when the zombies arrive. Shaggy has his robe lowered baring the upper back, but in the close-ups you can still see the robe up covering his shoulders perfectly. (00:28:00)
Continuity mistake: The location and intensity of Lavinia's purple hair highlights vary throughout the movie. For example, the purple highlights on the right side were far more pronounced (two wide, distinct, vivid lines) when she got home compared to when she first met Ward. Lavinia rode her horse Comet home, so her hair would have been wind-blown and the highlights would not have been likely to be neatly straight down, especially since she has long curly hair. Continuity mistake: The evil stepsisters shove Kat at the feet of Dominic with latte splattered all over her face. But the mess looks different in the various shots. For instance, in the close-up when he asks her if she's okay and if she hurt herself there's a big splotch by the corner of her mouth, which was not there earlier (she was dirty under the nose at most) and is gone in the next shot. Revealing mistake: When Anita goes to destroy their getaway car you see her pour gasoline all over the roof and hood. Then when she lights it on fire it's only burning inside the car. (01:06:40)
Continuity mistake: When Aunt Sarah arrives, she dumps her luggage in the hands of Jim and then passes him to his right, leaving him between herself and the door. In the reverse shot, Jim is on the opposite side. (00:29:15)
Continuity mistake: Ellen and Joe just got out of the motel room and begin walking towards the marina. Left of frame, a young couple (she has a cap and denim, he has a full carrot top and a bright red plaid shirt, can't miss them) walking up some stairs on the left, going in the same direction as they do, different path. At the next cut, they are walking down the same boardwalk as Ellen and Joe and in the opposite direction. (00:04:30)
Plot hole: SPOILER ALERT! During the final fight, Joey kills Frank and she reverts back to human form. Abigail tells her she's fine, because Frank was the one who turned her. However, when Frank kills Lambert he does not revert back to human form, even though Lambert was the one who turned him.
Continuity mistake: When Pinky barges into the protagonist's home, multiple times (for instance when he sits in front of her) her pigtails move behind her shoulders from the front and vice versa between cuts. (00:06:00)
Character mistake: The judge also told Hero that if the jury found him guilty of killing Ron, he "would be put to death." This is not necessarily true. Offenders convicted of capital crimes can be given life or other sentences. In states where juries decide the punishment, they do not have to sentence the offender to death. (00:31:39)
Continuity mistake: She is walking from the sofa barefoot, but when she puts down the school year book on the glass table you can see that she has slippers with diamond stones on. (00:28:00)
Continuity mistake: On the subway, behind Mr. Rogers, the sign showing the train's destination changes.
