Continuity mistake: When Grace gets two bottles of beer out for her and Mark she removes the lids on the beer bottles. In the next shot the lids are back on both bottles.
Continuity mistake: When Will is standing cleaning a tray, on the counter behind him there is a large circular wooden board, with a white tea-towel sitting on it. After he cleans the tray and walks off, the white tea-towel has moved off the wooden board, and is on the edge of the counter. (00:09:55)
Continuity mistake: When Karen is lying on the table, her jacket is unbuttoned. And when Jack pushes her off the table and she gets back up, it's still unbuttoned. But as the shot cuts to her heading quickly over to the door, her jacket is now buttoned, but there was no time for her to do it.
Gypsies, Tramps and Weed - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: When the drug dealers are in Grace's office, one of them knocks over her purse with his foot. In the next shot the purse is standing up again.
Continuity mistake: When Will gets up from the sofa, as he speaks with Grace, a small white cushion with black dots all over it falls over on the sofa. In a following shot you can see that the cushion has now magically up righted itself.
Fagmalion Part Three: Bye, Bye, Beardy - S5-E18
Continuity mistake: Grace lays out some dresses and accessories on the bed, for Will to choose for her to wear. After Will picks up one dress and takes it over to the mirror, the dresses and accessories on the bed change position between shots.
...And the Horse He Rode in On - S5-E1
Continuity mistake: When Grace and Leo are speaking at the table in the coffee shop, the brown paper bag laying on the table in between them keeps changing position and also keeps alternating from being open to closed.
Continuity mistake: After Jack and Karen ask Grace if she knows any good designers, they run over to the table and grab a pencil each. After they grab their pencils, the position of the pencils in the pots changes. (01:06:35)

Continuity mistake: The amount of egg on Will's plate during the breakfast scene keeps changing.
Poker? I Don't even Like Her - S3-E19
Continuity mistake: When the gang are playing poker in the opening shots, the position of the chips, cards, beer bottles etc., keep changing - watch then stacks of chips by Rob. They keep changing the most noticeably. (00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: When Grace has the idea to move into Will's apartment, we can see her cup of coffee on the table. Then a little later during their conversation, the cup moves. (00:23:00)
Continuity mistake: When Karen asks James Earl Jones is she can ride on his shoulders, we can see James' hat sitting on top of the piano. In the next shot it is suddenly back in James' hands, and he then puts it down again. (00:18:15)
Home Court Disadvantage - S6-E3
Continuity mistake: In the overhead shot of Grace, Leo, Karen and Beverly playing tennis, Leo is standing right back, on the white serving line. In the closeup he is now suddenly right by the net. (00:06:45)
To Serve and Disinfect - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: After Karen discovers that Grace has found her adult movie 'Next to Godliness', she grabs a cold bottle of vodka from the sill, and tosses all of the pencils out of a pot, onto the table. In the next shot the pencils have gone. (00:51:00)
Continuity mistake: As Will is placing his pots of flowers on the table, ready to water them, two plant pots switch places between shots. (00:16:15)
Sex, Losers and Videotape - S5-E20
Continuity mistake: After Connie leaves Will's office, we see a stack of files on Will's desk, to his left. Then Grace enters his office, and now these files have vanished from the desk, and are now on the other side of the desk, to Will's right. In following shots they keep swapping sides.
Boardroom and a Parked Place - S5-E6
Continuity mistake: Grace recognizes Karen's limo parked on the street and comments on the red, green, and yellow paint on the bumper where she hit that clown. Actually, the colors on the bumper are yellow, red, and a bright blue.
Continuity mistake: When Matt and Grace are drinking mint tea, when Jack comes into the room to borrow Grace, Grace's mug of tea vanishes from her hand between the shots. (01:17:40)
Continuity mistake: When Will is sticking the white bow on the kayak present, the card is on the table. In the next shot it's in his hand.
