Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8

Other mistake: The Sagittar cloth fits Phoenix's body and flies to him by its own volition and power (as opposed as the manga, where they have to put the magic Cloths on like any normal armor), but with a simple flying kick Pegasus hits Ikki and strips him of the whole shabang - behaving unlike every other Cloth.

Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8

Plot hole: Andromeda is wearing his full armor (he's the only one doing that) at the end of the episode. The armor includes the chain that is used three times just in this episode alone to detect the bad guys, and that does it without need for explicit orders to do so, but with no explanation he's not detecting the enemy behind the tree. Taose! Ankoku Phoenix gundan - S1-E8

Plot hole: An important plot point establishes that Cloths can't be repaired except by embarking in the kind of quest Shiryu starts in the next episode. but Andromeda had her pauldron shattered before the chase, but it's perfectly whole in this one.

Kiseki no fukkatsu! Yuyo no cosmo - S1-E5

Trivia: When Seiya falls down during the victory celebration and the three kids scream (the shot that comes before the one where Miho drops the picture) you can see briefly in the audience between the kids an easter egg appearance of Magical Princess Minky Momo, a character from a different anime.
