Mr Morris Returns - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: At the bowling alley after Jim bowls and walks back to the group and talks to them, we see a young man in the background with a grey top about to bowl. Then there is a quick shot that cuts to Adam and, then the shot cuts back to Jim and the guy in the background is about to bowl again.

The Two Tonys - S4-E1

Character mistake: At the start, when Adam messes up Johnny's hair, it cuts from him outside the dining room door to him at the dining room door with no time to sort his hair out but his hair suddenly becomes perfectly done. (00:01:36)

The Funeral - S4-E5

Continuity mistake: When Jonny causes the coffin to fall, we can hear the wood snapping and the Rabbi says "you've broken the lid." Yet in the next shot the whole thing is intact. No sight of anything broken.

Wilson - S5-E6

Question: What exactly did Wilson die of? Was it because of the many dollops he did or was it a mystery?

Answer: It's not explained fully, but its shown that he is quite sick as he has been taking many dollops and that they were liquid (sorry for the graphic description but its explained in the show). Given those circumstances we can safely assume that Wilson has got some severe problems.
