Visible crew/equipment: After Mrs. Mannering walks over to Dixie and asks about her son, when she and Dixie head to Brackett's office, the outline of the lav mic transmitter is visible on the back of Dixie's uniform, and a bulge is also noticeable on the back of Mrs. Mannering's sweater.

Visible crew/equipment: After Roy breaks the window with the chair, the guys place the ladder against the window and Marco starts to climb up. In the next interior shot, just as Roy and Johnny lift the security guard, right outside the window we can see the corner of something else (platform-like), besides the top of the ladder.

Visible crew/equipment: At the apartment complex fire, when Truck 82 raises its ladder, we can see the second floor balcony behind the rig, and there is a crew member wearing a long sleeved blue shirt and white hat, standing in front of the corner apartment, where there should be smoke pouring out, but there is none. The reflection of the cameraman/crew member wearing a white hat also becomes visible in Truck 82's wing mirror.

Visible crew/equipment: After Engine 51 and Copter 10 are dispatched to the "traffic accident with injuries" Engine 51 is instructed to switch to frequency 3, and when Copter 10 takes off with Brackett, the moving shadow of the filming helicopter is visible near the shadow of Copter 10 chopper. (00:09:10)

Visible crew/equipment: After landing at the base camp, when Brackett and the others walk away from Copter 10 we hear the comment, "The coffee's lousy but the food's great," then we get a bird's-eye view of the base camp, and can see the moving shadow of the filming helicopter at the lower right corner of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: When they wheel Dianne (the OD) into the ER it's one long continuous shot from receiving to treatment 1, shot from the POV of the patient lying on the stretcher. As she's wheeled into treatment 1, the camera faces Johnny so we can see up the hallway behind him, and the entire admitting desk and waiting area are all blacked out, and there are two men, one of which (possibly the director) is sitting on a chair facing up the hallway where Johnny is and the scene is taking place.

Visible crew/equipment: When Squad 51 is heading to 1511 West Hill, responding to the attempted suicide, in the closeup of Roy and Johnny en route, we see the reflection of Squad 51 as they're driving past houses/stores on Johnny's side. Just about as Roy says, "It should be it over there," in the reflection we see two crew members riding on the squad - one on top of the squad, and the other one standing on the back.

Visible crew/equipment: When Squad 51 arrives at the second location, 1511 East Hill, trying to find the correct address for the attempted suicide, the outline of Johnny's lav mic transmitter is visible at the back of his shirt.

Visible crew/equipment: While Early is listening to the heartbeat of the boy with a heart problem, Dixie is standing beside him, and on the glass case behind them we can see movement in the reflection, even though it's only the three of them in that treatment room.

Visible crew/equipment: At the apartment complex fire, after Roy removes the ladder from Engine 51, the Pasadena engine rolls up, and when the Pasadena Captain walks toward Captain Stanley, the second cameraman wearing a brown blazer can be seen standing on the very top of Engine 51 to the left, shooting the overhead footage of the Pasadena engine that was just shown.

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, when dispatch interrupts the mannequin practice with a structure fire, after the shot of Mike getting into his turnout, as Engine 51 rolls out of the apparatus bay, the reflection of array set lighting and two reflector screens are visible on the moving engine.

Visible crew/equipment: After Station 51 is dispatched to the back hoe that flipped over trapping the driver, when Roy gets out of Squad 51 upon arrival, the reflections of a crew member and part of the camera are visible on the squad's door.

Visible crew/equipment: At the site of the back hoe accident, after the ambulance arrives, when the father of the girl who's trapped under the back hoe gets up and starts walking away from Roy, the reflection of set array lighting is visible on the surface of Squad 51.
