The Ozark Witch Switch - S2-E6
Plot hole: It's never explained how any of the Hatfields could've left a pile of sawdust at their cabin.

Plot hole: Given it's a government building there's no way the ghosts could drill into the U. S. Mint and not draw security's attention.

Plot hole: Paulie couldn't be that stupid so as to not tell Rocky that his accountant needed his signature for a tax extension.
Suggested correction: Paulie isn't exactly a Rhodes Scholar. I doubt he has any formal education beyond high school. He likely has no knowledge whatsoever about what a power of attorney is or what it does. Very easy to trick.
And furthermore, Paulie couldn't have had anyone sign anything on Rocky's behalf. Once it's proven in court that someone forged Rocky's signature, then everything would have been reversed and he would have never lost his fortune. If this was that easy, then anyone could walk into an office claiming to know a billionaire, sign a piece of paper, and get all their money.

Plot hole: Given Arthur's mother was placed in an asylum it seems unlikely she would've been allowed to keep him once released. The state would've placed him in another home.

Mr. Monk and the T.V. Star - S2-E12
Plot hole: Unless I missed something, the killer didn't wipe his prints off the knife he used to kill his ex-wife.

Plot hole: It's never explained why Frances Parker would be upset about Cay pursuing Vivian. She knows she's gay, but we're never told why she's mad.

Plot hole: Einhorn's plan had a flaw. No starting quarterback ever holds the ball in any game for the kicker, it's always the back up.
Suggested correction: This is straight up false. Tony Romo was the starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys in a playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks in 2006. He held the ball for a potential game winning field goal, but he bobbled it, and it ended up costing the Cowboys the game. This was already corrected, so I'm not sure why you felt the need to submit it again.
It should be noted that Tony Romo was not starting QB that year. He was the backup QB, until week 7, and his duties as backup was holding the snap. He just kept doing that job to keep the rhythm. Marino was never a backup. Of course, the premises is Ray Finkle (a non existent player) missed a game winning kick in Super Bowl XVII when in fact the Dolphins lost by 10 and Dolphins only attempted 1 FG in the game (and made it, despite Marino not holding the kick), so there's room for a lot a leeway in what the film can have Marino do since they already made up so much to start with.
Sorry I just forgot I'd submitted before, I apologize for this blunder.

Plot hole: It's never really addressed or explained how Shredder survived his death in the previous movie from being crushed in a garbage truck.
Suggested correction: It didn't really need to be addressed, and thus is not a mistake. His hand emerging from the junkyard is enough to show that he survived his apparent demise at the end of the last film.
