Cucuruz Doan's Island - S1-E15

Stupidity: Amuro came to the island to respond to an SOS. He finds the pilots, tries to tend to their wounds, they die. He then meets a Zaku pilot that orders him to surrender. Amuro manages to jump on the Core Fighter, take off and then...tries a desperate and very hard maneuver to fight the Zaku, when at that point he simply needed to fly back to White Base; the Zaku could have never followed him. He has nothing at stake, no need at all to fight. And the Zaku pilot even told him that he did not want to fight to begin with. (00:08:00)

Time, Be Still - S1-E14

Stupidity: The Zeon commandos who plant the bombs on the Gundam correctly identify Amuro as the pilot. The Gundam is completely defenseless and pilotless during the whole bomb removal process - they could attack at any point and make the bombs explode shooting them like they did for the first one, but they just don't.

Coming Home - S1-E13

Stupidity: Amuro's mom is horrified by him shooting at the two Zeon patrolmen, and says it's "wrong to point guns at people", but was apparently completely oblivious of him being now a soldier and did not say a thing about it when he literally landed in the middle of the camp piloting a jet fighter, wearing his full uniform.

Cucuruz Doan's Island - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: After the dramatic fight-winning punch, Doan's Mobile Suit is dripping water in a close-up. The characteristic tubes on the head of the mecha are undamaged, but Doan broke one earlier in the fight, and it's broken again in the epilogue. (00:21:00)

Time, Be Still - S1-E14

Stupidity: An explanation is given for the reason why the bombs planted on the Gundam are not activated by remote control (they have plastic explosive in the regiment but not remote controls!), but no reason why they set the timer for the explosion to 30 minutes, way too much to be of any use in combat against the Gundam. Moreover, if the vulnerable spot of the Gundam shield were situated where it explodes at the beginning, it'd be completely useless.

Cucuruz Doan's Island - S1-E15

Other mistake: Amuro and Doan come out of the waterfall charging. Doan's Zaku shoulder-rams the opponent with the right shoulder, while probably he should have done it with the left one, spiked. Mistake, it happens. What should not happen is what ensues later; as the evil Zaku falls back, look at Doan's; the moment he starts running towards the downed opponent, the drawing is mirrored, and literally from one frame to the next he switches shoulder equipment (the shield moves from right to left). Cucuruz Doan's Island - S1-E15

Other mistake: When Amuro rescues the two pilots, he lies them down on the beach, side by side on what initially looks like a single tarp. Which can probably make sense, but when the first one dies, Amuro runs to the second, and now it seems that each had their own fancy beach towel to lie upon, which is doubtful being part of the standard Federation equipment. Time, Be Still - S1-E14

Character mistake: The whole episode begins with a wrong premise, that somehow is true anyway; the federation has just one Mobile Suit. That's not true, as it has also the Guntank and Guncannon, which engaged Zeon in the previous episode, and still they are not used in this episode, so the plan works as intended. Funny they'd have somehow intel so precise that they can run a commando raid targeting exactly the armor weak spots, but at the same time ignore the elementary facts about the enemy forces.

Time, Be Still - S1-E14

Other mistake: After the removal of the second bomb, the squad captain checks how much time is left till the explosion; 8 minutes, he says...as the minute hand turns and stops on 8, with an animation that does not make sense. (00:17:20)

Time, Be Still - S1-E14

Continuity mistake: The Zaku hits the Medea in the empty cargo container drilling two sizeable holes, but when the aircraft flies past it there are no bullet holes in sight anymore. (00:10:00)

Coming Home - S1-E13

Audio problem: The first refugee to greet Amuro has a male voice (original version, but also English dub), but when you look at the figure, it's kinda rounded in the chest and in the next shot when just the legs are in sight, just match the positions of those around Amuro and it's quite clear that 'he' is the one wearing a skirt. Coming Home - S1-E13

Other mistake: The car waiting for Kamaria at the end of the episode as Amuro and Bright salute her, is drawn with or without glass in the windows. (00:21:00)

Sammo

Coming Home - S1-E13

Character mistake: Kamaria Ray thinks back of her son shooting at the Zeon troopers with a mental image that is wrong; Amuro was not shooting from the bed, but from the door. (00:15:20 - 00:19:20)

Coming Home - S1-E13

Plot hole: Amuro flies the Core Fighter to the refugee camp. Taking a plane to get just across a hill is already kinda a headshaker, especially with White Base being short on resources, including fuel that is an issue in this very episode.Anyway, he lands it in the middle of the camp, and the people there tell him to please hide it. Later in the episode, we see that Amuro indeed hid it, in the middle of some woods, covering it perfectly in branches and other things. How in the world did he get the fighter there and on his own did all the camouflage work on the huge thing, is a prodigy of off-camera work.

Coming Home - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: When the Zeon soldier enters the refugee camp structure, looks around and starts questioning the kid, the people in the background change from shot to shot. (00:13:50)

Sammo

Coming Home - S1-E13

Plot hole: The logistics of the episode don't really make sense; Amuro's home village is held by (literally) a handful of Earth soldiers cut from their main force and that spend their time getting drunk and acting as occupation force, but Zeon has a full base (again, literally, almost) next door that sends reconnaissance troops and even aircraft to check for any activity at the refugee camp. There's no reason why the undisciplined and free soldiers would stay in such a dangerous position where they could be wiped out by overwhelming forces anytime, nor why Zeon would keep a pocket of the enemy forces that they can crush with ridiculous ease.

Sammo

Coming Home - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Amuro looking from the window sees 4 drunk soldiers in his living room. Two of them tumble on the ground, where items like a helmet, a plate and empty liquor bottles lay around. One of the soldiers even has a bottle in his left hand he is still drinking from after the fall. When he enters the room and turns the radio off, all those items have disappeared. (00:04:20)

Coming Home - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Sayla and Mirai are chillin' on the beach, sunbathing. They even comment on the sun and how light comes from just one direction as opposed to what they are used to in space and the colonies. Kai with his boombox passes them by asking about Amuro, and suddenly they both (Mirai in particular, under the parasol) have big shadows over them. (00:02:45)
