Continuity mistake: You can see that Lola's bra is moving on her shoulders from shots to shots during the whole film. Best visible at the scene where she threatens her father with the gun or when she sees Manni getting killed by the car.

Continuity mistake: Through the song "Chilly Down," a tree branch is seen, as one of the Fireys hangs on it. This branch is short in close ups, but much longer in wide shots. (00:49:10)

Continuity mistake: When the earthquake begins, the floorboards start to break in two, and Alan starts falling so Sarah holds onto him. Watch the small circular window in the wideshot. (the window that the mosquito flew out of earlier in the film) To the left of the circular window are some empty wooden beams, but no items. When it then cuts to a closeup of the window breaking in two, items have appeared on the beams, and there's a banjo hanging up etc. (01:25:30)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah, Judy and Peter are in the store, where the riot is going on, they spot the Jumanji Board Game sitting on the till counter. To the right of the till is a very large "Sand and Water Activity Table" box. In one shot the box it facing so you can see the upper part/top of the box. It then cuts, and the box has mysteriously rotated 180°, so that you can now see the lower part/bottom of the box! In the same shots, there is a trolley by the till, with some items and a box in it. Cut back to the trolley and there's now two boxes in it! It then cuts, and the box is back to it's original position, and the box in the trolley disappears! If you look more closely, the entire shelf unit behind the counter is completely different!!! (01:05:55)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah leaves Toby's room, just after saying the Goblin wish, you can see two paintings hanging beside Sarah's bedroom door. They have a wooden frame, but when the shot changes, and Sarah walks towards her bedroom door, the paintings have changed, and the frame of the painting is now metal. Then when Sarah enters Toby's room again the paintings have changed back to the wooden framed ones.The bottom picture itself also changes.In the 1st shot there seems to be a bouqet of flowers but when Sarah is outside of the room the picture is of a long bare landscape. Continuity mistake: When Fred throws three teddies from out of the closet, they land on the bed that Elizabeth's on. Between shots the colourful, striped doll moves from beside Elizabeth, to behind her on the pillows, to beside her again. (00:15:55)

Continuity mistake: When in the kitchen, Elizabeth's mum takes off her pink rubber gloves and then goes off-screen, assumingly putting them away. Then when Fred is getting 'killed by her death breath' you can see the gloves sticking out of the kitchen sink, but a shot earlier than that you could see that the sink was empty. (00:20:25)

Trivia: When Sarah enters her "room" at the dump, if you look to the left on a shelf, there's a book of some sort titled "Slashing Machine." The picture on it is almost identical to "The Cleaners" machine which tried to attack Sarah and Hoggle earlier on in the film. (01:08:30)

Continuity mistake: After Alan traps the lion in the bedroom, it makes claw marks in the door. The marks change greatly from the first close-up of them being made, to the second shot when Alan walks away from the door. (00:28:35)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah goes into Toby's room, and picks up Lancelot, she puts the teddy on her parents' bed next to her, then sits down. In the next shot, the teddy is behind her on the bed and it can be seen when she stands up. (00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: When Elizabeth bumps into Mickey, she drops her box of belongs, which scatter over the floor. She then puts them all back in the box, filling it right to the top. But when she gets up you can see halfway into box, and you can see there's nothing in it, but then when she's outside, sitting down, her box is once again full to the top with her belongings. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Em is ill and Richard takes her to "God" and places her on the rock, she is shown lying on her right side, her face turned to the side with her hair partly covering her face. In the close-up shot of her, she is lying face up and her hair is away from her face. Then in the next shot, she's again on her side with her hair back over her face.

Continuity mistake: After Miss Kettlewell locks Chucky up in the classroom closet, look at the toys and books on the children's desks as she leaves. When Andy walks up to the closet after she leaves, the stuff on the students' desks has changed. (00:34:15)

Continuity mistake: After Detective Morris saves Karen from the peddler, Morris walks away, and Karen grabs him and says "Goddamn it, my son's life is at stake! What was it?", and Karens handbag strap which is hanging over her left shoulder, falls all the way down her arm. Yet when it cuts to a back shot, the strap is back over her shoulder. (00:50:55)

Continuity mistake: When Karen walks into Andy's room and asks "Who are you talking to", the blue cover on Andy's bed lays only halfway down his bed. It then cuts to Andy, who says "Chucky", and now the blue cover is pulled all the way up the bed, covering the pillows. The wooden beside cabinet that sits to the right of the bed, is about a foot away from the bed. When it cuts to Andy saying "Chucky", the cabinet now sits right next to his bed. The lamp and jar of marbles that sit on top of the cabinet also move between these shots. (00:29:55)

Continuity mistake: When Chucky's fried, decapitated body comes out of the vent and grabs hold of the policeman's neck, the policeman whirls around and knocks a basket and another object off of the TV. The shot goes to the other three, but when it goes back to Chucky and the cop, the items are back on the TV, untouched. (01:21:20)

Continuity mistake: When Chucky talks to John, as he stands on the counter, sometimes there are two red buttons on the top of his dungarees, sometimes there isn't. They appear/disappear throughout the scene. (00:59:25 - 01:00:25)

Continuity mistake: Andy puts Chucky in a rocking chair that is missing a runner on one side, then he goes for a tinkle. Yet we then see Chucky has gone from the chair, and the chair is now rocking, with both the runners intact. Then later when Andy returns the runner is missing again. (00:35:40 - 00:37:10)
