Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Dr. Evil tells Austin that he is his father, if you look closely at the lower left of Dr. Evil's helmet, there is the reflection of a stagehand standing by one of the windows.(There are many reflections on his helmet, so you may want to pause it so you can look around for it.)

Visible crew/equipment: When Austin and Felicity are on Dr Evil's island unpacking the bag in the tent, you can see clear shadows of lighting equipment up the top when viewed from the outside as the men first approach. Some lighting would have been required to light the tent, but they look like film gear and there is an excess of it.
