Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell) is arrested. Tony and Rhodey are given medals by the senator (Garry Shandling) that wanted to seize Tony's technology. Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) tells Tony that after reading Agent Romanoff's (Scarlett Johansson) report on what's happened, it's been decided that Tony's not a member of the Avenger Initiative but an adviser. Post credits scene: the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent that was assigned to Tony's house goes to New Mexico. He sees a crater and Thor's hammer. The agent calls Fury and says "Sir, we found him..."
