Character mistake: When Tim and Ted enter the school, we can hear a group of girls including Tabitha singing: "The wheels on the bus go Pi-r-squared / circumference all around." But π r² equals the area of a circle, not the circumference (which is 2πr). (00:36:34)
Character mistake: At conclusion of Katrina's interview with April, a banner on the bottom of the screen says "Auhtor Katrina shares her real Christmas story". (01:18:48)
Character mistake: During the planning stage, the Virtuoso said (narrating), "You have to hit a two-inch moving target on a car going 60-plus miles per hour from 50 yards away." He was watching the CEO drive past the window to where he parks in front of his business. The CEO was shown taking a sharp turn at the intersection and squealing his tires, but the location was inner-city with short blocks and traffic lights. Downtown busy streets with pedestrians do not allow (or enable) drivers to reach high speeds. (00:10:30)
Character mistake: Diana categorizes without a doubt Aquaman as "a mixed blood" Atlantean because Bruce tells her that he could breathe air. However Steppenwolf interrogated one of the guards from Atlantis on the ground, and he could breathe just fine.
Character mistake: When the neighbor is showing off his Challenger he states it is a 1972 4.9 liter. Dodge never made a 4.9L that year, only a 3.7L, 5.2L and 5.6L.
Character mistake: When the thieves exit the depot in the armed truck, the dispatcher over the radio says that they are on "405." Everyone in LA uses the article "the" for a highway so it always is "the 405". Also, the truck is on a city street parallel to the highway, not the 405 anyway.
Character mistake: The interviewer pointed out that Evan [Mark Wahlberg] is a "smart guy" and another man later said, "Homeboy knows everything. He's a freak." When Evan was telling the interviewer the circumstances under which he assaulted a man, Evan committed a basic grammatical error - a misplaced modifier: "I asked him to leave politely." Evan didn't mean he wanted the man to leave in a "polite manner"; he meant he "politely asked" the man to leave. (00:09:20 - 00:14:00)
Character mistake: Seargent Fulbright and his three member team stormed the front and back doors with weapons drawn and said, "Hey!" followed by "Get down!" seven times, "Get the f - down!" twice, and "Put your f-ing hands in the air!" twice BUT never identified themselves as police officers as required. They arrived in a fake company van, were not wearing police uniforms (just plain jackets with "POLICE" across the back) and had badges on neck chains that were not highly visible and looked more like toys. (00:02:45)
Character mistake: Detective King (?) told Mikey, "You're on probation. You got no rights." King knew Mikey had been in prison, so should have said, "You're on parole" (not probation). Although a layperson might use probation and parole interchangeably, an employee in the criminal justice system (such as a detective) should know the differences between the terms and use the right one. A parolee is given an early, conditional release from prison and has fewer "rights" than a probationer. (00:47:10)
Character mistake: After banker Karl was reported missing from his home, the police detective did not even think to locate his car - which he could have merely driven away in (meaning he was not kidnapped).
Character mistake: The woman with the AK-47 doesn't have the covers on the red dot optic open. In other words, she can't see her target.
Character mistake: Zack's birthday cake appears to have his name misspelled as "Zach." (00:29:24)
Character mistake: Aldo tells Rodolfo to reconcile with his son, saying "Sunday is my birthday." Aldo Gucci was born on May 26th, which was not a Sunday in 1980 nor 1981, which is when the scene would take place. (00:31:30)
Character mistake: The Gardener threw a knife that impaled an intruder's gut, essentially rendering the intruder incapacitated. At this point, the intruder was no longer a threat and did not pose imminent danger, therefore the Gardener was NOT justified in shooting the intruder in the forehead and killing him. The Gardener could be charged with some degree of murder, such as voluntary manslaughter (provoked and loss of self-control or inability to control emotions). (01:15:20 - 01:15:55)
Character mistake: Over the phone, Julie told her sister Sara, " I got them [parents] a bouquet", pronouncing the "T" in bouquet. Bouquet has French origin so the "T" is silent. Bouquet is properly pronounced like bow-kay (American English) or boo-kay (British English). (00:00:55)
Character mistake: When searching the database for the missing girl, they find her and it says missing since 7 January 2021. When Caleb read it, he says "missing since February..."
Character mistake: When Bianca's mother leaves the room Bianca says "I'll give you three more seconds to come back" and counts on her finger but she counts backwards starting with one finger, then two then three shown as she says "three, two one." She should have shown three fingers, then two and then one. (00:34:35)
Character mistake: When Tony is talking to the Biancis and others, he refers to victim Kevin Turner as "Kevin Grant" at least two times. (00:44:50 - 00:46:27)
Character mistake: During the opening fight Jackie lands a punch on her opponent just after the round ends. The referee should've warned her about this as it's illegal in MMA to do this, and he didn't.
Character mistake: Amber was a poster artist and Ben was a musician. Amber said to Serena, "You know a lot of people and can afford rent, so why do you want to live downtown?" The downtown area or center of a city is especially attractive to artists (as Amber should know) for its art/cultural/entertainment opportunities and experiences. Amber was also implying that it was more expensive to live in the suburbs than in a downtown apartment (where rent can be unaffordable to all but at least the upper-middle class). (00:07:20)
