Continuity mistake: Catherine goes home after sex with Chloe yet she later receives a picture on her phone from Chloe in which she's asleep afterwards. When did she fall asleep?
Suggested correction: There's no indication that she went straight home. Lots of people doze off after sex.
Continuity mistake: When Bison beats Cantana to death, blood splatters onto his face. It disappears and re-appears from shot to shot during the scene. (Unrated version only).
Continuity mistake: When Joel and Dean sit at the booth to talk, Dean places two beers on the table such that the labels are facing the camera. As they talk and the camera switches back and forth between the two friends, Dean's beer switches orientation showing the label in some shots and not in others, despite the fact that he does not touch the bottle whatsoever. There isn't enough time between shots to allow him to move the bottle or drink any as the bottle remains full.
Continuity mistake: When Billy and Bolger are driving down the road after the funeral, they are on a 2-lane road, with nothing but grass and trees on either side. But when the shot changes so they're facing the camera, it's a 4-lane road with a lot more traffic. Then the road becomes much bigger with a median.
Continuity mistake: After seeing the aborted baby, Quaid goes into the bathroom and plunges his head into water. His hair, however, is perfectly dried afterward. (00:35:35)
Continuity mistake: When Mary first opens the phone book at the post office she lands on Finklestein but when she puts her finger on the name she chooses it as Hororwitz, even though she never turned the page again.
Continuity mistake: The location of Mr. Ferguson's body on the rug (while he was apparently in a "mushroom stupor") changed a few times. He started with his head near the lefthand edge of the rug, but was about a yard toward the right edge when Nick was walking past him. A little later, Mr. Ferguson's feet were at the right edge of the rug, then about a foot beyond the rug, but his body was back to the middle with the next camera shift. (01:01:35 - 01:04:23)
Continuity mistake: During the fight in the bathroom, Zoe and the villain break a bathroom stall door and side-wall down. In the next shot the door is back up in its original position. It is the same door that is beside the urinal, not another stall, as it's a small bathroom with only one stall and urinal. (00:28:30 - 00:30:00)
Continuity mistake: During the fight, the extent to which the fire (starts on top of the mound) spreads toward the ground varies. Also, the fire burns downward through snow, but does not melt the surrounding snow along the sides and bottom of the mound. (01:15:35)
Continuity mistake: In part 2, as it shows the police cleaning up the crime scene from the end of The Final Chapter, they are shown picking up Jason's hockey mask to place it in an evidence bag. However the cut in the top of the mask from where he was hit with an axe in the previous film is missing. (00:01:05)
Continuity mistake: When Pippa and Herb are having dinner, she hits the table with her fist and wine splatters on his shirt. When he stands up and walks to the bedroom the shirt is spotless.
Continuity mistake: When Lotte is tied down to the altar and is talking to Jimmy, the cut on her face alters constantly from the left cheek and right cheek throughout the conversation.
Continuity mistake: Aboard the stolen cab, the guys receive a photo from Jenna posing with the cardboard cutout of herself. She has a rather straightforward pose in the picture in the phone, while a moment later when we actually saw the picture taken she struck a pose cocking her torso and popping the hip out making a pouty face. Continuity mistake: When Susan accidentally surprises Dane, Lucas and Julie while they are armoured up and asleep in the basement, the helmets worn by Lucas and Julie disappear between shots. (00:36:47)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Ryan and Alex are comparing travel cards, Alex's grip on Ryan's concierge card changes in close-ups.
Continuity mistake: The concierge is trying to come up with a written answer to Mr. Ozu's Anna Karenina. She crumples the first sheet and there's a cut when she tosses it away; the pad changed position and all the other discarded messages are scattered differently between shots. (00:31:30)
Continuity mistake: After the blue car hits the white car, the back bumper, on the left side is sticking up. In the next shot of the white car from the back, the bumper looks like nothing happened. (01:01:30)
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the woods where Tolstoy signs away the rights to his writings, the buttons on Valentin Fyodorovich Bulgakov's shirt collar are on the left side of his neck until the last shot, where the buttons have moved to the right side of his neck. (01:05:05 - 01:07:15)
Continuity mistake: An overhead shot shows Olivia squirting ketchup onto a pancake, nearly covering it. In the following shot, the amount of ketchup on the pancake has decreased.
Continuity mistake: When Pierce Brosnan is first in the classroom, the writing on the blackboard keeps changing.
