Visible crew/equipment: At Hoover Dam, after the salute, when Defense Secretary Keller speaks with Lennox and Epps, the reflection of the white reflector screen is visible on Keller's glasses. What's more, the boom mic's reflection is actually visible within the reflector screen's reflection. Two for the price of one. (01:35:30)
Visible crew/equipment: In the Room of Requirement, during the Patronus lesson Harry walks behind Ginny, who stands between two other girls, and she says, "Expecto Patronum!" As the Patronus exits her wand, just before the shot cuts away, in the reflection behind the girls we can catch a glimpse of the camera, cameraman and crew member wearing a short-sleeved tee, between and behind the reflections of Ginny and the blonde girl. (01:22:05)
Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the film, just after the war exercise, when the Sergeant begins yelling at the recruits you can see the outline of his microphone under his T-Shirt. (It's not his dog tags because you can see the shape and dog tags are not shaped like that.)
Visible crew/equipment: Before Lorna has her throat slashed, you can see a tube pumping the blood.
Visible crew/equipment: The first time Candy enters the house, John waves to the guy across the street. Whilst he's doing this, you can see a reflection of the crew in the front door window.
Visible crew/equipment: When Holly and Sharon are showing the apartment to the couple, just as Sharon says, "I think if you offer another hundred grand, they'll back right down," the reflection of a moving boom mic is visible in the center window between Holly and Ted. (00:40:30)
Visible crew/equipment: At Robert's apartment, when he and Morgan stand by the window just as Edward takes Giselle's hands and later kneels, the actors' two T-marks are visible. The pink marker was for Giselle in the previous shots, and Robert and Morgan stand behind the orange marker. (Only visible on fullscreen DVD.) (01:09:35)
Visible crew/equipment: After Leslie Tiller is stabbed with the garden shears, when Nicholas chases after the hooded figure, just as he dives over a table with potted plants the blue crash mat is visible under the table. (Slow motion is not necessary.) (01:07:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Katherine Heigl and Seth Rogen are arguing in her car, right before she throws him out, you can see a microphone and camera reflected in the passenger side of the car.
Visible crew/equipment: Several times in the movie you can see a stunt double for Donnie Wahlberg, like when he tries to hang himself. Art runs over and there is a wide shot focusing on both of them. No slo-mo required, but you can see it's a stunt double.
Visible crew/equipment: When Juno and her friend are looking at the Pennysaver in the park, you can see the boom mic at the top of Juno's sunglasses.
Visible crew/equipment: The reflector screens are reflected in many of the characters' eyes in close-ups. One example is when Will says, "Depends on the one day," aboard the Dutchman.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jamie leaves his father's house to meet Henry at the theatre, a member of the production crew can be seen standing behind a bush in the garden as his car reverses.
Suggested correction: It's the gardener seen earlier in the film when Jamie first arrives.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene towards the end of the movie when they are at the dinner table, Dory is telling Kelly about the time his father shot a squirrel and cried. If you look closely at the lower right hand window towards the back, you see a face appear in the window. It looks almost ghostly.
Visible crew/equipment: Throughout the film, set equipment such as the boom mic and pole, reflector screen or monitor are visible in the reflections of characters' eyeglasses and sunglasses. Such as when one of the Sharpettes asks, "So what's the theme of the summer's talent show?" in Sharpay's next close-up the boom mic and pole are visible in the reflection of her sunglasses.
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Harrison raises his fist to Rowena, there is a brief moment when you can see what looks like a shadow of a boom mike and crew member behind Rowena's head on the ground behind her. (01:16:35)
Visible crew/equipment: Many shots when they are in the CIA building, you can see the cameraman in the glass walls.
Visible crew/equipment: When Chazz and Jimmy are in the house a crew member is reflected on the glass window.
Visible crew/equipment: When Cad and Shoeshine are sitting down at brunch, you can see a crew member reflected on the brunch.
