Continuity mistake: When Lil gets up to pick up the carafe, her glass is, obviously, almost empty. The glass is refilled two shots later, before she pours (which happens later). (00:08:40)
Revealing mistake: In the final shot of the film the model makers neglected to include the antenna at the top of the Eiffel Tower, seen previously on the real tower in the establishing shot of Paris. (02:31:20 - 02:37:10)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Kermit confronts Doc Hopper he comes walking out of the bar. If you look at the top of Kermit's legs when he walks out, two pair of hands can be seen moving the legs.
Continuity mistake: When Mr Bumble and the female workhouse employee take Oliver to the Governor's office, Bumble raises his hand and knocks on the door. The woman sings "They will lay the blame on the one who named him", prompting Bumble to move his hand away from the door, toward his face, as if he's about to place it over his mouth in concern. The camera then changes angles and Bumble's hand is suddenly lowered and nowhere near his face.
Continuity mistake: When Pocahontas sees John Smith for the first time, John is climbing up a cliff face and then a tree. You can see his musket strapped to his back as he's climbing. But after he tells Thomas he's getting a better look and then is shown in the tree, his gun has vanished.
Other mistake: During the opening traffic jam dance scene, many of the cars have dented roofs and hoods from previous takes.
Factual error: A poster promoting the July 4th fireworks spectacle includes an illustration of two American flags - each with 50 stars, rather than the 48 stars which they should have at the time. (00:46:40)
Continuity mistake: Look at the scene where Chanel and her mom are putting on face cream. In the wide shot, Chanel only has cream on her chin, cheeks and forehead. Her mom hasn't applied the cream. In the close-up (when her mom says that they might be moving to Paris), there's cream all over their faces.
Continuity mistake: Nicholas Hammond (Friedrich) was not a natural blond. The first scene to be shot involving him was the "My Favourite Things" scene and you can see that his hair is pale auburn. After this scene was shot, the directors thought that he would look better if his hair were lighter, so they applied an early form of bleaching agent to his hair. In scenes which were shot after this (notably the children's first entrance to meet Maria which occurs before the "Favourite Things" scene) his hair is very, VERY blond, almost white. In fact, if you scrutinise his hair closely throughout the film, it is a different colour in practically every scene, depending on when the scene was shot and how much of the bleaching agent had been applied.
Deliberate mistake: When the gangs meet in the toilets to set a date for the brawl, the mirror on the left is the only one opaque, most surely to avoid reflections of the filming crew.
Continuity mistake: When the leaves on Pinocchio's long nose fall, an extra red leaf suddenly appears.
Visible crew/equipment: During the final song, while they're all at the dinner table, there's a crouching puppeteer with a blonde ponytail next to the rats.
Continuity mistake: When the movie ends and Aladdin exits the palace the passers by behind are not continuous between shots, check the woman in a salmon coloured sari, for example, who walks by twice.
Continuity mistake: When the doctor on the right walks in the operating room he puts a glove on. A shot later it's off and he's putting it again.
