Continuity mistake: When the SWAT team arrives at the hive, the open an elevator shaft and one of them lights a flare with 2 hands. As the camera changes, he is now holding it at arm's length and with one hand without enough time to do so. (00:23:05)

However as she is cocking the shotgun in the streets the wind blows open to the doctor's jacket she put on earlier, but it also shows that she is now wearing white underwear to hide her modesty in case of a mishap with the wind.
