Other mistake: It isn't clear whether Robert's gunshot wound was an "entrance" or "entrance and exit" and if the nurse or surgeon? wearing scrubs committed a character mistake - "We were worried, given how deep the bullet penetrated" but Sasha "heard the bullet passed through Robert's shoulder." "Penetrating" means the bullet entered but stayed inside the body; "Perforating" means the bullet passed through the body. In general, perforating gunshot wounds tend to be less serious and therefore less "worrisome." (00:06:23 - 00:07:42)
Continuity mistake: After Ross is shot, he lies on the pavement with his head to the left of the white line, but later his head is to the right of the white line. (His body would not be rotated 180° by police.) His head is on the white line in between this discrepancy. (00:06:38 - 00:09:30)

Continuity mistake: The amount of wine in Annie's glass (as well as Nic's) decreases then increases without her adding any. Continuity mistake: Stan (Grandpa) gets impaled in his upper left arm by the metal jack part. The front of his jersey's short sleeve is saturated with blood, almost to the orange stripe near his shoulder. Continuity mistake: At the restaurant, Dr. April's bangs usually have several gaps in them across her forehead (similar to a sawtooth pattern), but are more evenly combed at times. Audio problem: When Baldacci shoots the van that is coming at him full force, the sound bits inserted are of bullets hitting metal. Since he is aiming at the windshield, either his gun does not shoot straight or someone has been very lazy with the sound editing; even if he hit bulletproof glass, the sound it would make would not be like that at all. And a few seconds later his colleague shoots at the van from the side and there is no bullet impact sound at all; to Miss a static target of THAT size from a few feet of distance she'd have to blind as well. In the second (opposite) view, the SUVs are parked close to the garage and the SUV that is supposed to be parked near the corner of the driveway is further away. (00:25:30)

Revealing mistake: This happens in the second ceremony when Wolf didn't press the button to shut off the lights to steal the golden dolphin because of the good comments. Few seconds later, the lights shut off, and you can see that the meteor on the top disappears at the time.
Continuity mistake: While driving to Harper's house, Jordan did not have the sun visor down, but it was down when she was backing up after she passed Harper's house, #237. The sun visor was not down when Jordan was going down the driveway to the house. (00:17:15)

Continuity mistake: The views of Pinero's dead "trophy wife" from opposite sides of the bed were not consistent. From Seth's view, Pinero's wife was lying mostly on her right side with her hair covering her head/neck but otherwise not visible, and her right arm extended outward from her waist area. From the other side of the bed, Pinero's wife's long wavy hair was over her left breast and should have been visible from Seth's position but was not. Continuity mistake: Outside the warehouse door/metal gate, Shae's flashlight produces a bright circle of light onto the pavement because it is a dimly-lit area. She uses her flashlight to look under the gate, which is open about 2' at the bottom. After she rolls under the gate, the pavement now behind her is in the sunlight. (00:42:15)
Continuity mistake: Jackie holds her pen as she takes notes. Next, her pen is set on the legal pad and her hands are on her lap (below the table and pen). The camera returns to Jackie, and she continues to hold the pen as she takes notes the whole time. (This allows for other questionable variations that could occur off-screen, if enough time.) Other mistake: When Tess says good night to Keith, the lights in the bedroom are on, but the switch is down (off position) but when she wakes up in the middle of the night, the lights are off and the switch is still down. We see a lamp on the same side as the switch but even if she turned it off manually, being plugged into that AC outlet would mean the lamp would probably be off based on the switch. If the switch was up in both shots, it would be different.
Continuity mistake: When Samantha leaves the room to answer the phone, some of Lester's bangs are down across the left side of his forehead, in opposition to his left-sided part. When Samantha returns, Lester's bangs are parted to the right with hair dangling on the right side of his forehead, which Lester cannot move with his hands zip-tied to the chair or by shaking his head.
